Allureglow USA Reflective Ink can be printed using a  single or double pass through 86 to 110 Mesh Screens depending on the color and amount of reflectivity you are trying to achieve.

Cure Ink at 340°F (170°C) Unless AG-CLA100 is used than it should be 280°F (. Always Test Dryer Temperatures prior to and during production. Curing Time will be between 120 & 180 seconds, depending on amount of ink deposit and color of garment.

 Always perform wash test prior to production, to ensure proper adhesion to the fabric, prior to production runs. If AG-CLA-100 is used wait 48 hours after curing before washing.

Clean-Up can be done using Soap and Water

Testing and viewing can be best done in a dark room or hallway, place print at least 10 feet away from you on a wall, place a good flashlight between you eyes and point at the print, the light should reflect back at the viewer.

For best long term durability wash in cold water on the delicate cycle and wash inside out. Do Not Use Bleach. Do Not Iron on Print. Line or Hang Dry

Any application not referenced in this Technical Data should be pre-tested prior to any production run is done.

HS-2045-RR-FL-BB The Allureglow USA Reflective Ink is a Premium High Solids Acrylic, PVC Free, Single Component Reflective Screen Printing Ink, designed for Cotton & 50-50 and with the use of our AG-CLA100 Additive you can print on Polyester, Nylon and Stretch Fabrics and much more.

This unique HS-2045-RR-FL-BB Ink looks like conventional colors in normal light and has remarkable reflective properties when light is shined on it. This HS-2045-RR-FL-BB Ink is an excellent enhancement to any garment that increased visibility would be a benefit.

This HS-2045-RR-FL-BB has Blue Daytime Color and Reflects White/Silver Color when light is shined on it. 

Directions and Helpful Information:

Note: You Must Use the AG-CLA100 at an addition rate of 1.5% by weight added to the Ink when printing on Polyesters, Nylon Lycra and Performance Fabrics.  This enables you to reduce curing temperatures to 280ºF (138ºC). Wash Tests Must Not Be Done Until 48 Hours After Curing.

All Allureglow Inks are Ready to Use Inks, just mix them up and their ready to use. Mixing should be done with a high speed drill or drill press using a Type 2 Dispersion Blade. Continue to Mix Ink occasionally throughout production run.
