PS-2045-RRB The Allureglow USA Reflective Ink is a Premium Premium Plastisol, Non-Phathalate, Soft Hand, Single Component Reflective Screen Printing Ink, designed for Cotton & 50-50 and with the use of our AG-CLA100 Additive you can print on Nylon and much more. This unique PS-2045-RRB Ink looks like conventional colors in normal light and has remarkable reflective properties when light is shined on it. This PS-2045-RRB Ink is an excellent enhancement to any garment that increased visibility would be a benefit. This PS-2045-RRB has a Silver/Grey Daytime Color and Reflects White/Silver Color when light is shined on it. PACKAGED IN A FIVE GALLON CONTAINER
This Allureglow USA PS-2045-RR Ink is a Non-Phthalate Soft Hand Reflective Screen Printing Ink. The PS-2045-RR is manufactured using only Phthalate Free Plasticizers and is compliant with all State and Federal Regulations concerning Phthalates.
Allureglow PS-2045-RR Glow in the Dark Inks enable the screen printer to print on either Light or Dark Garments, providing a White Underbase or Discharge Underbase is done first. This Ink can also be used on other fabrics and vinyls with the addition of our AG-CLA-100 Additive. Consult SDS prior to using.
Directions and Helpful Information:
The Allureglow USA PS-2045 is a Single Component Ready to Use Ink, just mix it up and it is ready to use. Mixing should be done with a high speed drill or drill press using a Type 2 Dispersion Blade. Continue to mix Ink occasionally throughout production run.
Keep lids on containers to avoid contamination of the Ink
If Ink is to thin for larger opening screens, the use of Allureglow USA LTS-1959 Thickner at a rate of 1/2% by Weight of Ink, Mix Throughly and Allow the Ink to Sit for 2-4 Hours Prior to Using.
For Best Results a Lite Flood and Moderate to Heavy Squeegee Pressure on Automatic or Manual Presses
Allureglow USA PS-2045-RRB can be printed using 110-180 Mesh Screens depending on the Color and amount of Reflectivity you wish to to achieve.
Cure Ink at a Minimum of 320°F (160°C) Always Test Dryer Temperatures prior to and during production. Curing Time should be between 90 to 120 seconds, depending on amount of ink deposit and color of garment.
Always perform wash test prior to production, to ensure proper adhesion to the fabric, prior to production runs.
Clean-Up can be done using Bio-Degradable Screen Wash
For best long term durability wash in cold water on the delicate cycle and wash inside out. Do Not Use Bleach. Do Not Iron on Print. Line or Hang Dry.
Any application not referenced in this Technical Data should be pre-tested prior to any production run is done.
