This Allureglow USA PS-2045-FL-PP Ink is a Non-Phathalate Soft Hand Glow in the Dark. The PS-2045-FL-PP-QT is manufactured using only Phthalate Free Plasticizers and is compliant with all State and Federal Regulations concerning Phthalates.
Allureglow PS-2045-FL-PP Inks enable the screen printer to print on either light or dark 100% cotton garments.
