This Allureglow USA PS-2045-FL-RR Ink is a Non-Phathalate Soft Hand Glow in the Dark. The PS-2045 is manufactured using only Phthalate Free Plasticizers and is compliant with all State and Federal Regulations concerning Phthalates.
Allureglow PS-2045-FL-RR Inks enable the screen printer to print on either light or dark 100% cotton garments.
