PS Series Reflective Plastisol Screen Printing Inks

The Allureglow USA PS Series Reflective Plastisol Ink is a Premium Phthalate Free Soft Hand Plastisol Reflective Screen Printing Ink. This unique Ink looks like a conventional ink in normal light and has remarkable reflective properties when light is shined on it. This Ink is an excellent enhancement to any garment that increased visibility would be a benefit. For even greater visibility use the PS-2045 Reflective in conjunction with Allureglow USA Glow in the Dark Inks to give you the best of both technologies.
 

Directions and Helpful Information:

For Best Results, Always High Speed Mix Inks throughly with the proper diameter Type 2 Dispersion Blade and either a High Speed Drill or Drill Press, prior to using.

Keep lids on containers to avoid contamination.
 

Do Not Mix With Any Other Inks
 

Do Not Underprint Any Color Garment
 

PS-2045-RR Can be printed using a Single or Double Pass Print with 110-180 Monofilament  Mesh Screens. A double pass can be done to improve color, however some reflectivity may be lost.
 

Cure Ink at 325°F (163°C) for 90 to 120 Seconds depending on the thickness of the ink deposit. Always Test Dryer Temperatures prior to and during production. Always perform wash test prior to production, to ensure proper adhesion to the fabric.
 

Clean-Up can be done using any Eco-Friendly Screen Wash Suitable for Plastisol Inks
 

Testing and viewing can be best done in a dark room, place print at least 10 feet away from you, place a good flashlight between you eyes and point at the print, the light should reflect back at the viewer.
 

For best long term durability wash in cold water on the delicate cycle and wash inside out. Do Not Use Bleach. Do Not Iron on Print. Line or Hang Dry
 

Any application not referenced in this Technical Data should be pre-tested prior to any production run is begun.
