DC Series Glow in the Dark Screen Printing Inks   

This Allureglow DC Series Discharge Glow in the Dark Screen Printing Ink is a Premium High Quality Ink, designed for printing on 100% Dischargeable Cotton Garments. Just add the Discharge Acitvator nad you are ready to print. This unique Inks look like a Standard Color in normal light and have incredible Photoluminescent/Glow in the Dark properties when the print is placed in the dark. This DC Series Glow in the Dark Ink is an excellent enhancement to any garment with it’s Cool Glow in the Dark Properties.

Directions and Helpful Information: 

The Allureglow USA DC Series Glow in the Dark Ink needs to be activated using 5-6% by weight of Discharge Ink Activator. Add the correct amount of Activator and Mix Well and Allow to sit 20-30 Minutes before Using. Mixing should be done with a high speed drill or drill press using a Type 2 Dispersion Blade. Continue to mix Ink occasionally throughout production run.

Always Keep lids on containers to avoid contamination and drying of the Ink. 

For Best Results A Heavy Flood and Moderate to Heavy Squeegee Pressure on Automatic Presses and Heavy Flood and Moderate to Heavy Squeegee Pressure on Manual Presses is recommended.

Allureglow USA DC Series Glow in the Dark Ink can be printed using 86-110 Mesh Screens

Cure Ink at 320°F (160°C) Always Test Dryer Temperatures prior to and during production. Curing Time will be between 2 - 3 Minutes, depending on amount of ink printed and color of garment.

Always perform wash test prior to production, to ensure proper adhesion to the fabric, prior to production runs.

Clean-Up can be done using Soap & Water

Testing and viewing can best be done in a dark room, after charging the print in sunlight for 10 minutes or under artificial light for 30 minutes. Always allow your eyes to adjust for a few minutes after entering the dark room.

For best long-term durability wash in cold water on the delicate cycle and wash inside out. Do Not Use Bleach. Do Not Iron on Print. Line or Hang Dry.

Any application not referenced in this Technical Data should be pre-tested prior to any production run is done.
