The Allureglow USA AA Series White Primer is a Premium 100% Acrylic, Single Component, Low VOC, Waterbased Primer that has been formulated to Bond to Any Type of Surface or Substrate, even Damp or Un-Cured Concretes. This Unique Formula is the Only Brand of Waterbased Type of Primer in the Industry, that is capable of being Re-Coated, after only Two Hours of Drying Time at 70°F, this enables the installer to greatly reduce their labor costs, by not having to wait overnight to Top Coat, like all of the other Waterbased Type Primers.
