Photoluminescent Paint

Alureglow™ Photoluminescent Paint has been specially formulated by our Chemists to meet stringent low VOC (volatile organic compounds) requirements and is based on a revolutionary waterbased 100% Epoxy Acrylic single pack formula. It offers safe, easy application by means of a HVLP Sprayer, high luminosity, good chemical resistance, and easy clean up with water. For best glow performance it is recommended that the paint be applied to a white background or on dark surfaces use a white primer coat first and then finish up with a clear top coat once the paint has cured. The top coat will protect the photluminescent paint and to enhance the glow of the paint. Allureglow™ Paints are available in quart, gallon, 5 gallon, and 55 gallon sizes. The Allureglow™ Ultra High Glow Paint comes in Green, Aqua, Blue, Purple, and White Glow Colors.

Colored Dispersion System

Allureglow  offers the only Patent Pending Color Dispersion Program that has been developed specifically for Allureglow™ Paints, Inks and Coatings. We have spent countless hours testing various pigments and have chosen only the highest automotive grade pigments. Allureglow dispersions are formulated to hold up to the most severe UV conditions, without any concern of fading or discoloration of either the daytime color or nighttime glow. Each dispersion has been tested in excess of two thousand hours in a Certified Weatherometer following the strictest ASTM Standards. These dispersions are highly concentrated and require very low addition percentages,(no more than 2%) so a 2oz bottle is going to go a long way. Simply add the dispersion color of your choice to the Base Glow Paint and mix with a high speed dispersion blade.

With the ever increasing demand for Self Illuminating Products, the combination of Allureglow™ Paints and Colored Dispersions enable the Painter to get into this market without having to stock a large inventory of products. This combination also makes it extremely easy to create custom daytime colors.

The photos below demonstrate the flexbility of the Allureglow™ Paint. The metal sample was sprayed flat with approximately 20 mils of our Ultra High Glow Epoxy Acrylic Photoluminescent Paint. We let the paint cure for 24 hours and then bent the sheetmetal into a nice tight bend, after working the bend back and forth several times, we then examined the sample under high magnification, there was not one sign of any cracking, not even small hairline cracks.
